Our Fields to Your Cup: Nurturing Communities

At Eswatini Coffee, we believe that cultivating coffee is just the beginning—we’re here to cultivate people, opportunities, and lasting change. Our thriving network of smallholder farmers spans Eswatini’s diverse landscapes, from fertile highlands to sunlit valleys, where each bean is grown with care using sustainable practices.

To date, we’ve trained over 500 people, including 112 active farmers and 408 potential farmers, with a strong focus on empowering women-led and youth-led farms. We work hand-in-hand with partners like the University of Eswatini, SEDCO, and the FAO to provide technical training, mentorship, and resources that help farmers turn their land into a source of prosperity.

We’re fostering long-term resilience through the formation of co-operatives, school-based youth farming projects such as Kids Mind School, and initiatives that restore the land while boosting incomes. By connecting farmers to both local and international markets, we ensure that their hard work is rewarded, their communities are strengthened, and their futures are secured.
Together, we’re building more than a coffee industry—we’re building a movement for economic transformation, environmental restoration, and community empowerment across Eswatini.
